Bariloche Catedral

Bariloche Catedral, literally translated, Cathedral Hill is one of the most popular and complete ski resorts in South America. Visitor come from all over the world, giving this beautiful resort a very Intercontinental flair.

The village is located on the west side of the ski mountain. This mountain gets its name from its peaks that seem to take the shape of a gothic cathedral. The base area sits at 3,444 and the elevation at the top is 7,832 ft, offering skiers and riders breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding peaks.

The ski area village is known as Villa Catedral (Cathedral Villa). Located directly at the base of the mountain, it offers all the services you will need on your vacation: accommodations for every budget, a plethora of restaurants and great nightlife, including discos – where you will certainly see people exiting the doors early in the morning as you head for the hill. Early risers DO get first tracks here! Basic services such as internet service, first aid, small necessity shops and ski and board rentals are all conveniently located in the base area as well.
